چکیده

یک سری بیو کامپوزیت های (اپوکسی/پلی اورتان)/کربن فعال شده از ضایعات سیب با در صد کسرهای وزنی مختلف 7،5،2.5،0 و 10 از کربن فعال شده از ضایعات سیب سنتز شدند. وخواص فیریکی-مکانیکی و مقاومت شیمیایی بیو کامپوزیت های تهیه شده رامورد بررسی قرار دادند و بیو کامپوزیت های تهیه شده را بوسیله انالیز گرما وزن سنجی، دمانگاشت پویشی و میکروسکوپ الکترون پویشی برای نشان دادن اثر و حضور کربن فعال شده از ضایعات سیب را روی خواص جاذب حاصل شده را مشخص یابی و بررسی نمودند. خواص تخریب حرارتی بیو کامپوزیت ها را بااستفاده از آنالیز گرماوزن سنجی بررسی قراردادند . این نتایج نشان می دهد با افزایش مقدارکربن فعال شده از ضایعات سیب، جذب (اپوکسی/پلی اورتان)/کربن فعال شده از ضایعات سیب افزایش می یابد. بیو کامپوزیت های توسعه یافته از مواد ضایعات سیب کاهش هزینه تولید را برای کاربر های بالقوه از جمله مواد عایق پذیر را بهبود می دهد. وهمچنین (اپوکسی/پلی اورتان)/کربن فعال شده از ضایعات سیب تهیه شده بیو جاذب، رنگ های کاتیونی را از فاضلاب جذب می کند.
