چکیده

در این مطالعه، یک روش ساده و حساس برای پیش تغلیظ و اندازه­ گیری اسپروتترامات (سم) با استفاده از تکنیک میکرواستخراج مایع-مایع پخشی جفت ­شده با کروماتوگرافی مایع با عملکرد بالا توسعه داده شده است. پس از استخراج اسپیروتترامات با مایع یونی 1-بوتیل-3-متیل ایمیدازولیوم هگزافلوئوروفسفات، این سم از محلول جدا شده و به دستگاه کروماتوگرافی جهت اندازه ­گیری تزریق می­ شود. در شرایط بهینه، یک گستره خطی در محدوده 05/0 تا 2میکروگرم بر میلی لیتر  حاصل شد (9987/0 =R2) و همچنین فاکتور تغلیظ 250 بود. حدتشخیص و انحراف استاندارد نسبی به ترتیب 0.01 و 2.7 میکروگرم بر میلی لیتر بدست آمد. روش پیشنهادی برای پیش­ تغلیظ و اندازه­ گیری اسپیروتترامات در نمونه­ های آبی تزریق­ شده بطور موفقیت­ آمیزی بکار گرفته شد که متوسط بازیابی ها بین 94 تا 96 درصد شد.
