چکیده
یکی از مراحل موثر و مهم تولید روی در کارخانجات روی، مرحله تصفیه برای حذف ناخالصی های متداول مانند کبالت، نیکل و کادمیم است که می تواند در فرآیند الکترووینینگ باعث ایجاد مشکل شود. در کارخانجات روی ایران، ابتدا در مرحله تصفیه گرم کبالت بهروش منگانومتری و سپس در مرحله تصفیه سرد، نیکل و کادمیم به روش سیمنتاسیون با کمک پودر روی، حذف می شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی قابلیت استفاده از روش سمنتاسیون به جای روش منگانومتری است. در این مقاله، پارامترهای مهم و موثر مانند مانند دما، مقدار پودر روی، زمان اختلاط، مقدار آنتیموان تریاکسید، اثر سولفاتمس، اندازه ذرات، غلظت یون روی، سرعت اختلاط و pH محلول سولفاتروی مورد مطالعه و بهینه سازی قرار گرفت. حالت بهینه در دمای 85 درجه سانتیگراد، 4.5=pH، غلظت 20 میلیگرم در لیتر Sb2O3، 8 گرم در لیتر پودر روی، سرعت اختلاط 600 دور در دقیقه، در 75 دقیقه بهدست آمد. کاهش اندازه ذرات پودر روی راندمان حذف را افزایش داد؛ اما افزایش غلظت سولفاتمس و یون روی باعث کاهش راندمان شد. نتایج نشان داد که راندمان حذف کبالت، نیکل و کادمیم برای روش منگانومتری بهترتیب برابر 99، 0، و 20 درصد و برای روش سمنتاسیون بهترتیب 99.5، 99.7 و 99.9 درصد بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که روش سمنتاسیون به دلیل افزایش غلظت روی محلول. عدم حذف یون منگنز، حذف همزمان ناخالصی هایی مانند کبالت، نیکل و کادمیم در یک مرحله و صرفه جویی در زمان و هزینه، عملکرد بهتری نسبت به روش منگانومتری دارد.
