چکیده
واکنشهای تشکیل کمپلکس بین یونهای Cu2+ و Pd2+ با تریمتوپریم (TMP) و سولفامتوکسازول (SMX) در N,Nدیمتیلفرمامید (DMF) با روش اسپکتروفتومتری در دمای [(15، 25، 35 و 45±0.1) °C] مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. فرآیند کمپلکسسازی از نظر pH، دما و زمان بهینه شد. استوکیومتری کمپلکسها 1:2 (یون فلزی/لیگاند) تعیین شد. ثابتهای تشکیل کمپلکسهای حاصل از برازش کامپیوتری دادههای نسبت جذب-مول تعیین و توسط برنامه KINFIT تأیید شدند. مقادیر پارامترهای ترمودینامیکی برای واکنشهای کمپلکسسازی از وابستگی دمایی ثابتهای پایداری به دست آمد. در همه موارد، کمپلکسها از نظر آنتالپی پایدار اما از نظر آنتروپی ناپایدار بودند SMX و TMP را میتوان با اندازهگیری جذب هر کمپلکس در λmax خاص آن تعیین کرد. روش پیشنهادی با موفقیت برای تعیین این ترکیبات در اشکال دارویی آنها به کار گرفته شد.
